Job summary

Mynews is seeking a candidate in Malaysia to support WWTP operations, monitoring, treatment processes, and maintenance tasks. The role involves assisting the facilities maintenance team and rotating shifts as required, with a willingness to learn CePIETSO competencies for fresh joiners.

The ideal candidate will hold a certificate or diploma in engineering, good Bahasa Malaysia and English, and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in engineering or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of related WWTP experience (SPM acceptable).
• Willing to apply for CePIETSO competent person role for fresh joiners.
• Forklift driving and safety experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support WTP/WWTP operations, monitoring, treatment, and repairs.
• Assist facilities maintenance team as required.
• Rotate shift duties as needed.
• Capture equipment information and monitor with centralized system.
• Support production water and waste line systems.

• Full support for WTP, WWTP operation, monitoring, treatment process, repair, troubleshooting, housekeeping.


• Assist support to facilities maintenance team when required.


• Shift duty to be rotate if required.


• Willing to learn and support FPC, general when required.


• Capture necessary equipment information, stored and monitor with online centralized system.


• Familiar with computer usage and Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point.


• Perform the necessary task assigned by appointed engineer or superior.


• Transfer production waste with schedule.


• Support to production water and waste line system.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian, with minimum Certificate / Diploma holder for engineering and equivalent certification.


• SPM acceptable with minimum 3 years working experiences in related field to WWTP.


• Willing for apply and duty as CePIETSO competent person for fresh joiner.


• Forklift driving, caring and safety experience will be add advantages.


• Good understand and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
