Job summary

Johor Bahru Flour Mill Sdn Bhd in Prai Industrial Area, Penang, seeks a detail‑oriented Flour Milling Operator to support daily production of high‑quality flour. You will check machines, perform cleaning, conduct QC sampling, record CCP activities, and help ensure food safety and product consistency.

Fresh diploma graduates or up to 1 year of milling experience encouraged to apply; join a collaborative team focused on reliability and continuous improvement in a dynamic flour milling environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh diploma graduate or 1 year of working experience in flour milling industry.
• Familiar in the process and machine related to flour production and food safety system.

• Basic calculating skill

To ensure the production of flour is within customer specification and achieve good flour extraction.

• QC sampling to lab on cleaning, mixing and milling process.
• Record the sampling based on its frequency and process activities for reference.
• Adjust machine according to product suitability.

Education & Qualification
