Job Overview

• To ensure the production of flour is within customer specification and achieve good flour extraction.

Job Responsibilities

• Checking the condition of cleaning and milling machines.
• Magnet cleaning on daily basis.
• QC sampling to lab on cleaning, mixing and milling process.
• Record the sampling based on its frequency and process activities for reference.
• Adjust machine according to product suitability.
• Cleaning and servicing machines.
• Record CCP activities based on its frequency.
• Flour and wheat measurement on daily basis.
• Conduct milling (Pekar & Break Release) test when necessary.

Education & Qualification

• Fresh diploma graduate or 1 year of working experience in flour milling industry.

• Familiar in the process and machine related to flour production and food safety system.
