Job summary

Prestasi Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all flour mill operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and strict food safety compliance.

You will lead large cross‑functional teams, drive cost control and productivity improvements, manage maintenance to minimize downtime, and spearhead CAPEX projects and expansion initiatives to support growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field

Min 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in flour milling or food industry

Strong knowledge in production, maintenance, and quality management

Experience leading large operations and cross-functional teams

Experience in plant projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience in cost control and operational improvement

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
