Job summary

Transpacc Property Management Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to handle electrical, building automation, plumbing and wiring works across sites. You will perform scheduled maintenance, document activities in the system, and assist in supervising external contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role supports the company’s goal of reliable property management for commercial and industrial sites and offers a stable, growth-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining electrical systems and building automation.
• Ability to document maintenance activities accurately.
• Experience coordinating with external contractors is a plus.
