Support the production team in achieving targets for material and tool readiness, equipment utilization, and reduction of stoppage/downtime.

Follow equipment specifications for tool and peripheral design, condition verification, and calibration.

Troubleshoot and resolve major, chronic, and recurring equipment failures that impact line stability and production performance.

Provide inline shift support to ensure smooth production and maintain equipment performance in terms of quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle time.

Implement proactive and autonomous maintenance plans, perform regular preventive maintenance, and enhance equipment capability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct investigations to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and yield recovery.

Manage equipment spares, tools storage, and inventory control effectively.

Drive equipment improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives to optimize process capability, reliability, and production efficiency, while ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Ensure strong discipline, compliance with procedures, and good attendance on the production floor.

Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
