Job summary

KPJ Sri Manjung Specialist Hospital is seeking a Maintenance position to assist with all maintenance work and provide in-house service for minor breakdowns and complaints.

The role includes monitoring contractors/vendors during breakdown services and planned preventive maintenance, responding to work requests reported by all departments within 15 minutes for critical equipment and 2 hours for normal equipment, reporting issues to the Head of Maintenance, and ensuring spare parts availability and

Responsibilities

• Assisting all Maintenance work
• In-house service of minor breakdown and complaint.
• Monitoring contractor / vendor during breakdown service and planned preventive maintenance
• Responding to work requests reported by all departments within 15 minutes for critical equipment and 2 hours for normal equipment
• Report to Head of Maintenance of any issue related to facility
• Monitoring gas supply
• To ensure bin card of spare part is always updated
• To ensure spare part availability is always on the par level - 90% availability
