Job summary

KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital is seeking an IT support professional to assist in troubleshooting computer hardware, monitor system performance, manage user access with Active Directory, and support KCIS and PACS systems.

Fresh graduates or those with up to three years of experience are welcome; the role requires a helpful attitude, self-confidence, and the ability to work smart in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma of IT / Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years working experience.
• Must be helpful, self-confident and work smart.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting of any computer hardware in the hospital.
• Day-to-day monitoring of system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.
• KCIS support for users, adds new consultants and application maintenance.
• Monitoring Network & Wireless Connectivity throughout hospital.
• Work with external provider or vendor on minor system problem whenever IT Executive or IT Assistant are not available.
• New price adjustment code request (HITS).
• Manage users, groups, and access level in Active Directory.
• Maintain Fax Core system.
• Infinite and PACS secondary support.
• Other instructions that may be relevant by HOS.
• Ensure compliance to Standard People Practice (SPP).
