Job summary

Semipack Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a production operator to perform machine setup, run processes, and monitor parameters in accordance with product specifications and work instructions.

You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain equipment, perform reel changes, pack and label products, and ensure traceability, with 1 year manufacturing experience and relevant education.

Qualifications

• SPM/MLVK/Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs machine setup and runs the machine as per product specification and work instruction
• Performs machine troubleshooting as per work instruction
• Performs equipment repair and servicing as per work instruction and scheduling
• Performs machine and equipment maintenance as per PM schedule
• Monitors and records the machine parameters as per work instruction
• Performs reel changeover and machine start-up as per product specification and work instruction
• Performs completed reel inspection as per product specification and work instruction
• Packing and labelling the product as per product specification and work instruction
• Performs minor adjustments and repairs on the machine and equipment
• Performs product traceability rework and repacking when required
• Informs Shift Leader /QA/QC in the event of nonconformance found during production run
• Perform ‘5S’
• Any tasks assigned by the superior.
