Job summary

Flexpack Systems Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Technician in Selangor to provide technical support and maintenance for packaging machinery. This full-time role will ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime.

The position involves inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with the production team. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2 years of experience in packaging/manufacturing have an advantage. Safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role will have an advantage

Responsibilities

Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on packaging machines and equipment.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Conducting preventative maintenance and implementing improvement measures to enhance equipment performance.
Documenting and reporting on all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation.
Providing training and guidance to operators on the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
