Job summary

Qualifications

1. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
2. Inspecting properties regularly to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
3. Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
4. Managing maintenance budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
5. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize property value.
6. Managing a team of technicians and providing training and support as needed
7. Communicating regularly with property owners, tenants, and management to ensure high-quality service and timely resolution of issues.
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
9. Any other assignments assigned by immediate superior.
