Job summary

LANDSWORTH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. seeks a maintenance supervisor to oversee property upkeep, including electrical, plumbing and general maintenance. You will inspect properties, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and lead a team of technicians to ensure timely repairs.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance programs, accurate record-keeping, and clear communication with owners, tenants, and management to sustain property value and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Experience leading a team of technicians and coordinating with contractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
