Job summary

Holstein Selama Dairy Sdn Bhd – Muadzam Shah, Pahang is seeking a skilled technician responsible for inspecting, analysing, providing troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.

The role involves reading repair manuals, liaising with professionals, performing preventive maintenance, documenting breakdown records, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• A relevant degree, certification, or license may be required.
• Experience as a technician.
• A driver's license.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, analysing, provide troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
• Able looking reference on machine setting and sequence.
• Perform periodic machinery preventive maintenance and TPMS
• Provide emergency/unscheduled/scheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform daily checking. weekly care and inspection on related equipment.
• Familiar in control system of all equipment and machines.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
• Fabricating any components required.
• Prepare equipment failure/breakdown records.
• Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.
• Providing time before starting a job.
