Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable production operator in the Kluang area to support daily dairy processing operations. A SCADA-based environment experience is essential, with strong safety discipline.

Ideal candidates hold SP M/STPM or certificate/diploma in engineering, science or food science, and have 2–3 years of relevant production experience. Teamwork and a positive mindset are required.

This position is onsite with shift work and opportunities to grow within a GMP-compliant dairy facility.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Science or Food Science.
• 2–3 years of production operation experience, preferably in dairies processing.
• Experience in SCADA operated process environment.
• Teamwork, positive mindset, alert and good discipline.

Responsibilities

• Control conditions in operation parameters in line with work instructions.
• Performs equipment preparation, set-up & adjustment; operates lines and monitors/records operating parameters and initiates corrective action.
• Performs change-over, cleaning in place control.
• Participates in trials of new products, equipment and processes.
• Ensures cleaning, lubrication, inspection & adjustment of all equipment under responsibility.
• Conducts continuous condition monitoring checks on line/equipment operation and intervenes to prevent failures.
• Ensures compliance to personal safety & GMP requirements.

• Ensures compliance to personal safety & GMP requirement.
