Job summary

CS Progyms Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all machines and equipment are well maintained and safe across manufacturing environments. You will perform routine inspections, update maintenance reports, and troubleshoot equipment while coordinating with purchasing for spare parts and inventory control.

The role requires a technical diploma and practical maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Familiar with machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Background in electrical, mechanical or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all machines and equipment in good condition.
• Carry out routine inspections of plant facilities and safety equipment according to the maintenance schedule.
• Update and check maintenance reports according to GMP / HACCP and ISO requirements.
• Troubleshoot machines and coordinate with purchasing regarding spare parts.
• Assist superior to control spare parts inventory of factory machinery and equipment.
• Ensure proper tools management carried out from time to time.
• Keep building facilities safe and working, including workers hostel.

Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring all machines and equipment are well maintained and in good condition, carrying out routine inspections, and maintaining facility safety across manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all machine and equipment are well maintained and in good condition
• Carry out routine inspections of plant facilities and safety equipment according to the maintenance schedule
• Update and check maintenance reports according to VHM / GMP / HACCP and ISO requirements
• Troubleshoot machines and search for machine spare parts, coordinating with purchasing regarding technical specifications
• Assist superior to control spare parts inventory of factory machinery and equipment
• Ensure proper tools management carried out from time to time
• Keep building facilities safe and working, including workers hostel

About you

• Certificates or diplomas in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Wiring, or Facilities Management or a related technical field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Familiar with machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs
