Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kedah, Malaysia, to conduct routine and preventive maintenance of coffee production facilities and machines. You will monitor equipment performance, perform repairs, and support emergency fixes to minimize downtime.

The role requires at least a Certificate or Diploma with 1 year of experience. Based in Jitra, you will operate from Lot 1109, Mukim Malau, Jalan Bukit Wang, and collaborate with the engineering team to uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Certificate and/or Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as scheduled.
• Report breakdowns or unusual machine conditions to the Senior Executive.
• Inspect, repair and service mechanical equipment, facilities and machineries.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts and order parts as needed.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance on all coffee production machines.
• Sign off after preventive maintenance checks on machines.
• Sign off on Facility Checking tasks.
• Sign off on CCP Records reviews and updates.
• Ensure machines run smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Support emergency repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment as needed.
• Operate welding equipment to repair and fabricate metal components.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on coffee machines.
• Follow superior's instructions and procedures.
• Monitor process quality to ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• a) Responsible to perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance as scheduled.
• b) Responsible to report breakdown or unusual machine conditions to the Senior Executive as necessary.
• c) Responsible to checking, repairing and servicing mechanical equipment, facilities and machineries.
• d) Responsible to maintaining stock levels of necessary parts, ordering facilities and machinery spare parts.
• e) Responsible to implementing Preventive Maintenance to all machine in coffee production.
• f) Responsible to sign off for checking of Preventive Maintenance machine.
• g) Responsible to sign off for checking of Facility Checking.
• h) Responsible to sign off for checking and review of CCP Records.
• i) Responsible to ensure machines are running smoothly and with minimum down time.
• j) Able to support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.
• k) Able to operate welding equipment to repair and fabricate metal components as needed.
• l) Responsible to perform installation, troubleshooting support, repair services and preventative maintenance of coffee machine.
• m) Able to follow Superior’s instruction.
• n) Responsible to monitor process quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
• o) Responsible to involvement in learning new machinery
