Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to support daily plant operations. The role involves updating maintenance logs, collecting machine-hour data, and performing inspections to ensure equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience and holds a certificate or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, with responsibilities covering preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and parts replacement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / MechanicalEngineering

Responsibilities

• Update MMS system and send daily machine report.
• Collect machine hour data and predictive maintenance data.
• Make daily machine inspections and record findings in 3KBC reports.
• Execute planning, servicing and countermeasure activities as provided by superior.
• Assist immediate superior to meet department schedule, objectives and targets.
• Attend day-to-day problems in the plant.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain and monitor mechanical or electrical parts to avoid major equipment breakdown.
• Disassemble machines and take off parts for replacement or repair by using maintenance equipment.
• Carry out scheduling of preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (Overhaul).
