Job summary

EPS Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled individual to provide daily operational support, troubleshoot issues, and assist engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and improvement activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified in technical/engineering-related discipline (SPM/SKM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent).
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Automation, Production, Equipment, Tooling, Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant technical experience advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks and ensure equipment and work areas are maintained properly.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures and company requirements.
• Assist with improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Record relevant technical information, maintenance activities and work performed.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned by the management.
