Tyson Foods in Malaysia is seeking a junior maintenance technician to support production lines with routine inspections, lubrication, and basic repairs. Fresh graduates with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering are welcome, and basic SAP/MS Office skills are preferred.
The role involves shift work, on-site duties, and collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.
SKM Level 3, Diploma, Professional Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
Basic electrical knowledge will be an added advantage.
Able to use basic hand tools and power tools.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to learn and develop technical skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
Willing to work on shifts and flexible working hours when required.
Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of production equipment.
Assist with mechanical repairs and replacement of machine parts.
Inspect equipment for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, damage, or other issues.
Assist senior technicians with maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Perform basic electrical checks when required.
Follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Record maintenance activities and report equipment issues to the relevant team.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
