Job summary

Landsworth Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Technician in Dengkil, Selangor to maintain and support the technical infrastructure of our commercial properties. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate with contractors to keep building systems running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems, plus safety compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technician or similar maintenance role in commercial property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in electrical work or facilities maintenance.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with property management teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency issues promptly.
• Diagnose faults and coordinate repairs with contractors when needed.
• Implement preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and serviced equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Provide technical advice to the property management team.
• Operate and troubleshoot building management systems as required.
