Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to routinely service production equipment and jigs. You will diagnose problems from electrical diagrams, repair and modify tooling, and support the production team to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications include a diploma or higher in engineering and strong hands-on skills with basic tools; Chinese language ability is required, plus proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of production equipment and jigs.

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain proper maintenance records.
• Continuously learn and develop technical skills related to equipment and jig maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field

• Relevant working experience in equipment maintenance, machine repair, electrical repair, or a related field
• Strong hands-on skills and able to use basic hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance
• Good learning ability and willingness to learn jig repair, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
• Able to read and understand basic electrical circuit diagrams for equipment troubleshooting
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively with the production and maintenance teams
