Job summary

PA Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to produce clear, user-friendly documentation for software products. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and customer support to translate complex information into accessible content for diverse audiences.

The role emphasizes meticulous detail, adherence to style guides, and delivering high-quality manuals, API documentation, installation guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles while supporting product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on technical writing experience.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

Research, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure accuracy.
Organize and maintain internal documentation libraries and ensure adherence to the company's style guide and industry standards.
Review and edit content produced by other teams for clarity and consistency.
Manage documentation projects from concept through publication and contribute to process improvements.
