Job summary

MTE IMM is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth for its technical training and certification programs in Shah Alam. You will identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle from presentation to contract negotiation.

You will maintain client relationships, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Client relationship management and long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain technical training.
• Background in business, marketing, or engineering preferred.
• On-site role in Shah Alam with visiting client locations as needed.
• Proficient in office software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for MTE IMM’s training and certification programs.
• Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Meet with clients, present solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and program delivery.
• Update sales reports and monitor market trends to drive revenue growth.
