Job summary

Stenta Films (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated engineer to manage film production and processing in shift rotations. You will monitor output against targets, identify gaps, and drive improvements to keep operations running smoothly around the clock.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical/Polymer) with CGPA 3.0+, and has 1–2 years in plastic packaging films. Willingness to work OT and in Bandar Baru Bangi is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field with CGPA 3.0+.
• 1–2 years of experience in plastic packaging films is preferred.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment and Bandar Baru Bangi.
• Willing to work in shift rotation and OT when required.

This is a position where the candidate will be taking care of films processing and production in shift rotation. The role involves managing production output against targets, identifying and analysing gaps, and ensuring the production runs smoothly 24/7.

In charge of the production output against target, identify & analyse the gap

Experience in managing production inefficiencies & quality index, summarize, analyse to understand the cause

Carry out improvement programs to eliminate the gaps toward achieving & exceeding the target, and reduce the inefficiencies & wastage

Make sure the production is run smoothly 24/7

About you

Graduated with Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering or related field

University's Diploma holder with CGPA 3.0 above

Candidate with 1-2 years of working experiences in Plastic Packaging Films industry is highly recommended to apply

Candidate with experience in production/manufacturing setting will be considered in advance

Able to work in fast-paced environment

Able to think creatively and take up challenges

Able to work with minimum supervision

Willing to conduct Overtime (OT) when requested
