Job summary

Berjaya CKE International Sdn Bhd / Berjaya CKE Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Product Specialist (Sales Support) to provide product knowledge, production information, and training to dealers and customers at the Corporate Office in Wisma CKE, Cheras.

The role supports Sales during customer engagements, delivers training programs, and acts as a technical liaison, ensuring partners understand features and applications of Berjaya CKE equipment; regular travel to the Nilai

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical support, product training, or application engineering (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel regularly between Cheras and Nilai.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide product briefings and technical presentations during customer visits.
• Conduct training sessions for dealers and customers on product usage, safety, and best practices.
• Deliver accurate production and technical information to support sales discussions.
• Redirect product complaints or service issues to the After-Sales Service Department.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, R&D) to ensure technical accuracy.
• Gather customer/dealer feedback and share insights for product improvement.
• Travel regularly between Cheras and Nilai to bridge Sales and Production functions.
