Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support & Test professional. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves technical support across a product range, handling enquiries, and providing after-sales service. Training will be provided, and applicants should have transport for commuting.
Compensation includes base salary, car allowance, parking, and statutory benefits. Standard 5-day work week with overseas training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Eligible candidates include fresh graduates and entry level applicants.
- Must possess at least one recognized qualification listed above.
- Own transport is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical support for assigned product range, including simple coding, wiring and testing.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide after-sales technical and service support to customers.
- Assist sales during pre-sales sessions and product demonstrations.
- Participate in training as provided.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.
Possess own transport
- Responsible for overall technical support throughout assigned product range (simple coding, wiring, testing & etc)
- Respond effectively and promptly to customer enquiries.
- Provide after sales technical and service supports to our customers.
- Attend session with sales person for pre-sales session and product demonstration.
- Training will be provided.
- Basis salary, car allowance, parking, telephone, EPF, SOCSO & etc.
- Commission based on support.
- 5 working days ( Monday to Friday)
