Job summary

Swap Asia Group is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls related to claims, product queries, and escalation. You will execute tasks with professionalism and aim to exceed customer expectations, while also conducting outbound calls for surveys or recovery efforts.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Willing to work on shift rotation.
• Experience in call centre / customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls pertaining to claim submission, product queries and escalation.
• Execute all responsibilities with professionalism and exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer surveys or recovery calls.
• Be a team player and cooperate among colleagues.
• Communicate well verbally and in writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Resolve price plan issues or enquiries.
