Aufgaben

• Handle Emergency Assistance calls (inbound/outbound) across Malaysia.
• Manage Travel Claims inquiries via phone.
• Assist customers from Singapore & Hong Kong with Mobile Claims.
• Provide motor insurance claim support per guidelines.
• Complete call logs and update the operating system.
• Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
