Job summary

Sika is hiring to provide technical support through training, demos, tests and preparing samples for the commercial sales team. You will support engineers and sales teams on technical matters and prepare samples and demo kits for customers.

You will ensure samples are properly prepared, maintain the workspace, and handle equipment with care, while adhering to EHS rules and travel as needed, including overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification is required.
• Certificate of Competency from local institute is acceptable.
• Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Computer skills include Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by training, demos, tests and samples.
• Support engineers and sales teams on technical matters.
• Prepare samples and demo kits for customers.
• Arrange and maintain TSD workspace with clean, organized equipment.
