Job summary

Sika Malaysia is seeking a dedicated production specialist to support our on-site manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot machines, perform routine maintenance, and drive improvements across the line to sustain output.

The role requires coordinating with loading, packing, wrapping and re-work teams, supervising shifts, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. A minimum of five years’ experience is expected, with basic English or Bahasa Malaysia reading skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Able to read simple English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines, perform maintenance, and repair work.
• Collaborate with all factory departments (loading, packing, wrapping & re-work).
• Oversee shift production to meet output and safety targets.
• Maintain plant housekeeping.

Job Description

• To trouble shoot machine, do maintenance, and repair work, plant improvement and 5S projects
• To work with all departments in the factory (loading, packing, wrapping & re-work)
• Able to oversee shift (production), achieve production output and safety targets.
• Maintain Housekeeping of the plant

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience and above.
