Job summary

Sika is seeking a Technical Support professional in Malaysia to assist the sales team with technical matters, prepare samples and demos, and support product training and testing at sites with applicators and contractors.

You will ensure samples are properly prepared, maintain the TSD area, and help keep equipment calibrated and compliant with safety standards. Travel may be required to support projects.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification required.
• Certificate of Competency from local institute preferred.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Service Manager/Engineers/Executives on technical matters.
• Prepare samples and demo kits.
• Assist with product training, demos, tests at site with applicators/contractors.
• Ensure all product samples are prepared as requested by Target Market Managers and Sales Managers.
• Manage TSD working space: arrange tools/materials and keep area clean and safe.
• Maintain and calibrate all TSD equipment and record labelling.
