Job summary

AXIS PRECISION SDN. BHD. is seeking a full-time on-site Technical Support specialist based in Senai, Johor.

You will provide day-to-day assistance for electrical equipment, machinery, and related systems, diagnosing issues and coordinating repairs with maintenance or external vendors. Responsibilities include responding to internal support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, and helping maintain records of equipment status and service history.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a technician or engineering-related role.
• Ability to install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment and systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work on-site when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail.
