PENTAMASTER CORPORATION BERHAD in Penang is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team. Based in Penang, you will provide hands-on technical service for automated test instruments, assist with setup, maintenance, and debugging, and ensure smooth operation for our customers.

You will build strong customer relationships, update detailed documentation, and help develop service standards in line with our quality policy.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering related discipline, preferably in Electronic/ Electrical/ Microelectronic/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 2-3 year(s) working experience in providing technical service & hands-on support in industrial automation related field.
Knowledge in techniques in system set-up, buy-off, principles, tools & instruments, schematic & control drawings, technical diagrams & models.
Responsible; customer-service oriented and detail-oriented.
A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas (if required).
Willing to work long & irregular hours (if required).

Responsibilities
