Job summary

Sysmex Malaysia is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the nationwide technical service team, drive operational excellence and strengthen after-sales strategies. This role collaborates closely with internal departments to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements, and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across Malaysia.

• Bachelor-level engineering degree and relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

• Experience in healthcare/medical device service with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical service team across Malaysia.
• Mentor Team Leaders and coordinate Field Service Engineers and CS Coordinators.
• Oversee service operations, response times and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, industry standards and local regulations.
• Drive audits, CAPA and field corrective actions; manage budgets and resource planning.
• Utilize CRM systems for case management, reporting and data-driven decisions.
