Job summary

You will oversee installation, maintenance, repairs and service quality to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

The role requires a diploma or degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering with at least 5 years in technical service and experience supervising a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical service experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a technical service team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical service team with coaching and training.
• Plan installation, preventive maintenance, calibration and repairs.
• Manage service schedules, manpower and timely completion of jobs.
• Provide hands-on support for complex troubleshooting and urgent repairs.
• Monitor service quality, feedback and implement improvements.
• Oversee spare parts, warranties and return of defective parts.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on issues and training.
• Support demonstrations, exhibitions and new installations.
• Manage maintenance contracts and accurate service records.
• Document technical activities and ensure resolution follow-up.
• Review maintenance reports and keep equipment records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with GDPMD guidelines and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with sales/logistics on delivery and after-sales support.
