Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd seeks a capable supervisor to lead 3 support engineers and helpdesk staff in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee diagnostics, repairs, and RMA processes, coordinate with suppliers for approvals and parts, and monitor SLA performance to ensure top service quality.

You will provide hands-on troubleshooting guidance for POS and AIDC hardware and assist the Technical Operations Manager with reporting and improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support/service with leadership exposure.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on repair and troubleshooting capability.
• Strong coordination, vendor communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3 support engineers and helpdesk staff.
• Oversee diagnostics, repair, and RMA claim processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for RMA approvals, spare parts, and escalations.
• Monitor SLA turnaround and service performance.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting guidance for POS & AIDC hardware.
• Assist Technical Operations Manager with reporting and improvements.
