Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance for POS systems to external customers. You will troubleshoot software, configuration, and usage issues while guiding clients through setup and ongoing usage.

Remote work is supported, with responsibilities including coordinating with developers on feature requests and ensuring timely issue resolution via WhatsApp, calls, and remote tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT support or POS system support.
• Experience supporting external customers.
• Strong troubleshooting and POS functionality understanding.
• Ability to coordinate with developers on feature requests.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to external customers using POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS software, system configuration, and functional issues.
• Assist customers with POS system setup, configuration, and usage.
• Handle customer requests for new functions, features, and system enhancements.
• Work with the development team to communicate requirements, investigate technical issues, and follow up on bug fixes or feature requests.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting via WhatsApp, phone calls, and remote support tools.
• Follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
