Thong Guan Industries Berhad seeks a Technical Sales Mechanical Engineer (Wrapping Machinery) to identify new business opportunities and promote wrapping machines across Malaysia. You will provide technical consultations, demonstrations and proposals, coordinate installation, and support customers from initial enquiry to after-sales service.

The role requires a mechanical/engineering background, strong communication, and willingness to travel locally and overseas to meet clients and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic/mechatronic engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in technical sales/engineering is a plus.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for client meetings and demos.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Able to explain technical concepts to customers clearly.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for wrapping machinery and related products.
• Promote and sell wrapping machines, equipment and technical solutions.
• Provide technical explanations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Cross-functional coordination with engineering, production and service teams.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
