The Supreme HR Advisory in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to identify potential customers, perform market analysis and engage with clients to tailor product solutions. You will handle quotations, provide technical proposals, and ensure successful installation, testing and commissioning while building long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in related field, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Candidate is self-motivated and pro-active.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Team-player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform market analysis and identify potential customers.
• Make cold calls and conduct meetings with customers.
• Introduce product and service to fit customer applications.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals for customers.
• Provide after-sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Provide timely and accurate external and internal reports.
• Lead sales engineer to achieve company goals.
• Assist supervisor with tasks as needed.
