Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development in semiconductors.
• Experience in multinational or regional environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services such as Burn-in Chambers, Burn-in Boards, Burn-in Services, Burn-in Board Repair, and Probe Cards.
• Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase EDA products to clients.
• Apply technical knowledge to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Perform cost calculations to ensure profitability with purchasing and production teams.
• Generate and send quotations based on profitable proposals agreed with the team or management.
• Monitor proposal progress and follow up to verify status.
• Coordinate with production for delivery schedules within committed timelines.
• Update management on client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Arrange meetings with relevant departments to discuss client inquiries.
• Schedule weekly meetings with top management to discuss sales performance and strategy.
• Prepare and share weekly sales reports to update management on activity progress.
