Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage tender responses, RFQs and RFPs, and to qualify new opportunities. You will conduct compelling product presentations and proposals, identify new business leads, and coordinate with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handovers.

You will analyze markets to identify ideal customers, compare solutions for best value, and maintain professional client relationships while representing the company in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings
• Attend to customer requests for Tenders, RFQs and RFPs, etc.
• To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities
• Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, highlighting the technical features, benefits, and value of the Company's solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through customer visits, networking, and market research.
• To assist with specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
• Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers
• Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award
• Responsible for analyzing market to determine the ideal customer for a given product
• To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
• Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers
• Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
• Commission can be discussed during interview session
