Job summary

The candidate will handle enquiries, prepare quotations and sales orders, perform internal checks, and monitor debtors while building lasting customer relationships for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Environmental, Safety and Health or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experienced candidates preferred.
• Able to perform cold calls, set appointments, and demonstrate products.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities (cold calls, appointments, product demos).
• Report activity and build the sales pipeline and monthly plan.
• Coordinate with principal for commercial and technical aspects.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and sales orders, internal checks.

Job description

To execute the sales activity assign by Manager/HOD

To achieve sales activity & business target

Responsible to carry out sales activity (cold call, make appointment, product demo)

Report business activity using agreeable reporting format

Prepare business Pipeline, Monthly business Plan Report

To communicate with principal for commercial and technical aspect

Handle customer enquiries and generate quotation, SO and perform Internal checking

Debtors and payment update

Others task assigned by superior

Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the future growth of the company

Ability to recognize opportunities and manage budgets effectively

Desired qualifications and experience:

Bachelor degree in Engineering/Environmental, Safety and Health and related field

Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill

Aggressive and pleasant personality
