Job summary

COMPART SYSTEM SDN. BHD. in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Technical Program Engineer to lead the design, validation, and manufacturing execution of semiconductor gas delivery systems and components.

You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet technical, quality, cost, and manufacturing targets. The role emphasizes a strong mechanical engineering background, exposure to semiconductor equipment, and hands-on product development from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, gas delivery systems, gas panels, or precision engineering/manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, gas panel/system design, and gas handling components.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs for design, development, and manufacturing execution of semiconductor gas delivery systems and components.
• Manage engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle from concept through production release.
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
