You will lead a technically fluent team, deliver credible marketing materials, and drive qualified demand in collaboration with Regional Sales, Product Management and the COO. Govern marketing strategy, content calendars and CRM-driven processes while overseeing quotations, RFQs and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B technical marketing, inside sales or related roles.
• Experience in industrial automation or engineering products is preferred.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into credible marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Marketing strategy and execution across brand, channels and campaigns.
• Produce credible technical content: product pages, articles, case studies, notes and guides.
• Manage website, SEO/SEM, email marketing and lead generation programs.
• Plan exhibitions, seminars and workshops with Sales and Product Management.
• Lead Inside Sales in handling inquiries, quotations and RFQ responses.
• Coach and develop Marketing & Content Executive and Marketing Intern.
