Job summary

Hakko Products invites a Manager of Technical Marketing & Inside Sales to lead a technically fluent team responsible for generating demand, creating credible technical content and supporting fast, accurate quotations.

You will work with Regional Sales, Product Management and the COO to translate knowledge into customer-facing marketing and commercial support across Hakko and Toki brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Engineering background or technical fluency with automation or engineering products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital channels, campaigns and customer engagement for Hakko and Toki brands.
• Translate technical knowledge into credible, engineering-literate customer-facing content including pages, articles and brochures.
• Manage the Group's website, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing and lead-generation programmes.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, seminars, workshops and supplier activities with Sales and Product Management.
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Content Executive and Marketing Intern.
• Define workflows with Regional Sales Heads for lead qualification and handover.
• Drive CRM adoption and use of AI/digital tools to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
