Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in polymer formulation, extrusion and flexible packaging troubleshooting.
• Strong technical analysis, problem-solving and product development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities covering product development, film formulation, raw material optimization and quality assurance.
• Develop and optimize resin and additive formulations for blown film applications.
• Investigate customer technical complaints and provide effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production, quality and R&D teams to improve film performance, process stability and product cost.
