Job summary

You will optimize resins and additives, investigate customer complaints with corrective actions, and collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to improve film performance and cost. Candidates should have hands-on polymer formulation experience and strong analytical problem-solving in flexible packaging.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in polymer formulation, extrusion and flexible packaging troubleshooting.
• Strong technical analysis, problem-solving and product development capabilities.
