Job summary

Karex Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a product development professional to design and develop new products in alignment with market trends. The role covers managing development from lab scale to pilot runs and performing R&D studies for improvements in quality and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products to meet market trends and demand.
• Manage product development from laboratory scale to pilot run.
• Conduct R&D studies for value-added improvements, regulatory compliance, quality enhancement, or cost reduction of existing products.
• Carry out hands-on research on process enhancement, new raw material evaluation and development, or new technology initiatives for quality improvement and cost reduction.
• Work closely with other internal departments to provide product expertise and technical support throughout product development.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Engineering (or related)
