Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of data centre infrastructure and GPU cluster deployment projects from initiation through completion.

• Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and delivery plans.

• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource utilisation while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Analyse project performance and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and operational effectiveness.

• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline project execution and remove operational bottlenecks.

• Support the development of scalable project management practices and governance standards.

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality expectations, and agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience managing infrastructure, technology, or data centre deployment projects.

• Experience delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the full project lifecycle.

• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience with data centre infrastructure, GPU clusters, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale technology deployments is highly desirable.
