Role Summary

Responsible for bridging the gap between the technical aspects of the company's products and the marketing strategies to promote them in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Developing technical marketing content, collaborating with product development teams, and providing technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Effectively communicating the technical value propositions of the company’s products to customers and stakeholders in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

General Responsibilities and Activities

• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches.
• Conduct technical training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of the products.
• Analyze technical aspects of competing products and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions using the company’s products.
• Provide feedback from customers and market analysis to influence product development and improvements.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and optimize technical content for online platforms, including the company website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ensure that technical content is SEO-friendly and aligns with digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Create and develop technical marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, product datasheets, technical presentations, and webinars.
